Q. I can't find a listing for my equipment on your website, does that mean you don't carry a replacement?

A. No, chances are we do have the correct lamp for your equipment. As hard as we try to keep our listings up to date new equipment comes on the market almost every month.

Q. Can I use a higher wattage bulb in my equipment?

A. Some types of equipment can use a higher wattage, however, we recommend referring to your owners manual to be sure you do not exceed the recommended wattage.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Q. How quickly can I get the lamp I need?

A. We ship most orders on the same day. Most orders are delivered within 2 days, next day delivery is available.
